Next Friday 25th November - the children will be cooking bolognese sauce in class!

The week begins with looking at produce and where it comes from. We explore how cows are farmed... We explore what the ingredients of bolognese are. This leads to testing different sauces - to find what tastes/flavours we like the best. The children then work in groups to create their own ingredients for a sauce.

Could the children please bring a container (jar or tub) for Friday to package their sauces in. Also, if the children would like to bring supplementary ingredients on the Friday, that would be great.

Mr Hallas will provide the required ingredients... but if we have more we can have a real feast once it's all cooked up!
