Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Tree Planting
On Wednesday morning we carried out our first school activity in the celebrations for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The Queen has asked for as many people as possible to plant trees to mark her jubilee. We received some Silver Birch saplings which children were asked to plant on the school grounds that will over time grow into a Platinum Jubilee Copse. There will be one tree planted for each class. Thank you to one of our parents, Mr Chawke, for arranging the sourcing of the trees. Please browse the photos below.
