Dear Parents/Carers,
Following the communication from Mr Curran about the proposed partial reopening of school we would appreciate if you could let us know if your child(ren) will be returning from 1st June.
To allow us to gather this information quickly and efficiently we have added a questionnaire to the front page of our school web site. The web site can be found at www.calverleycofeprimaryschool.org.uk. You can find the questionnaire if you click on the news item entitled Attendance Questionnaire.
The questionnaire will ask you indicate whether you would like your child(ren) to attend school from 1st June 2020. Please only answer Attending or Not attending for your child(ren)s particular year group.
For example, if you have a child in Year 1 who you would like to come to school, choose Attending in the Y1 section. Leave all the other options blank. Then click the submit button.
The information gathered will enable us have some indication of numbers and to plan more effectively for the children's provision in school.
